Hey everybody. Just joined up and figured I’d post an introduction. I’m Ben. Been on keto for about 13 days now and am down about 14 pounds. Pretty sure the first few was water but the weight loss has been consistent since. From 238.6 on 4-17 to 224.8 on 4-30. I do weight training 5-6 days a week and have been doing the stair stepper in the AM and post weights.

I have my first ever free weights session on Wednesday. Really looking forward to it.
