New here, but not new... just a long time missing

Just saying good morning.

I was on MDA years ago, before it got overrun by sugarpushers and spammers. I had a ton of success on it. But multiple moves and international moves, and a new baby, and living with family (the worst!) and I got pretty far from the proverbial wagon trail.

I got Lyme a few years ago, continued to feel bad, so then I got a fibromyalgia diagnosis. Antibiotics and nsaids and the rest of the crap doctors tried has done crap to me too.

I’m fed up with all this. I want to get better. I want to go pretty carnivore. My joints hurt, so prepping veggies hurts. And I learned before that I do really well with HF / zero fiber. And I love red meat so much. I can’t exercise much with my stupid fibro right now, so I’ve gotten pretty TOFI. I think I need to solve things from the inside out.

I don’t have any health stats to share… according to my blood work I’m totally healthy. :confused: I’m not overweight, just mostly suffered from a bloat baby. Been cutting carbs the last few days, and have already gone into labor, lol. Getting slender again like I did when I was Paleo would be great for my vanity, though.

Hi Eieren.

Very wise of you. What we eat is the foundation of our health and if you’re putting quality, single item, whole foods into your body, you will become physically and mentally stronger. Protein and fat is what our ancestors thrived on. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. It’s silly to argue with a million+ years of evolution.
