New here and tons of questions :)

Hi everyone! This is my first official post. I have been trying to figure my way through Keto since the beginning of July. A little about myself I’m 40 years old, 5’4" and I started my keto journey at 140#. I am looking for some weight loss along with generally feeling better, more energy, better sleep. Basically trying to get healthier.
So far I have lost about 6# total but I feel like things have slimmed down and “shifted” around. I am a little frustrated because the scale has not moved in a few weeks. I have not taken measurements so I don’t know for sure if things are slimming without reflecting on the scale. I seem to consistently stay in ketosis, typically I am moderate on my keto strips no matter the time of day or what I eat.
My question is could I already be keto adapted? Before starting keto I struggled to eat, I have little to no appetite normally and it wasn’t uncommon for me to have a cup of coffee then not eat until dinner not because I was hungry but because I felt I should eat.
A typical day for me begins with a bulletproof coffee (coffee, HWC and butter with a pinch of swerve) and then a keto lunch (avocado, a meat of some sort, and a veggie like cucs, peppers or zucchini and cheese) I will skip dinner altogether if its to late to eat which normally it is.
Am I still to heavy on my proteins? Its hard to get all that fat in and I am finding I try to get in my avocados and cheese.
Am I doing this right? Its a little overwhelming to be honest and I know I shouldn’t focus on the scale but it is discouraging when it doesn’t move. Oh and my husband is halfway trying and cheating and has dropped #12 in half the time. Grrrr!
thanks for any advice or help

Personally my body tends to hover at a weight for quite a while and then drop suddenly. Also your measurements sound like you aren’t very overweight and for me it drops really slow when I’m nearing ideal weight. As far as not seeing the scale move, I like to also judge progress by old jeans that don’t fit. Just try them on every couple weeks or so. It’s really satisfying to notice them getting closer and closer to being wearable. Measure too by how you feel. Good luck!
