I started Keto right at 2 weeks ago, after losing 100 pounds and putting a good bit back on, i realized i needed something more. I did no sugars and whole grains before and lost over 100 in 3 years. Probably is, I was still eating high carbs. I can already tell a difference in my energy and my clothes are starting to fall off. Looking forward to the lifestyle change, even my husband has hopped on board.
