As a splurge after a hike, I made a bone in Ribeye steak and topped it with an equal amount of baked Brie. Holy cow! If you have not tried this, run, not walk, and try it!!!

I am doing this, @Didlee! I just finished dinner and I want to start again. How did you cook your steak? It looks gloriously charred and grisly.
