Me and my wife started working on this almost two weeks ago. And in the last couple days I’ve started to not have the same morning time appetite/ need to eat first thing In the morning. Is this something others have experienced?

Pretty much everyone living a Keto lifestyle! :smile: Welcome aboard…looks like you’re on your way to becoming fat adapted. It takes a little while to get there, but you’ll likely notice a decrease in appetite over the next month or three until you find your new “normal”.

Yup the more fat adapted you get the less you will feel that hunger. I’m currently on hour 36 of a 3 day fast, zero hunger in day 2 so far. It is a great sign you are improving your body!

Oh yes…and then it was a challenge for me to convince myself that it was ok to skip breakfast, because I was taught that it was “the most important meal of the day” :smirk:

and see here I thought it was “Carb are thyne enemy” so many Golden Rules of this lmao
