Myself and my partner have just started on this keto journey a week ago and loving it. Who new food could still be good without the carbs.
Even over this past week, i have found myself eating less than i normally would and being fuller for longer…
I do have a couple of questions if i may…
As i dont track our macros, if i just eat meals from ‘diet doctor’ & ‘ruled.me’, will this be good enough starting platform to get our macro breakdown correct?
Is total calorie count crucial? As in if only eating say 3x a day following from those sites recipes with lunch being leftovers from dinner. Im not entirely sure im reaching 1800 odd calories… even tho im full most of the time and dont feel like eating
Some mornings have gone without breakfast and just have a small handfull of strawberries and tin of tuna for smoko
I have plenty more reading on this site and look foward to our weight loss journey
