New fasting routine... for me

I’m playing with shaking up my fasting routine. I’ve typically done two fasts on Mon and Afro each week. During the holiday funk of gave it up for a couple of weeks and have sort of stall for a while and even gain some. Early fasting I tried 60hr fasts with referring issues so I gained more back than I wanted and I found it uncomfortable to do. This time I fasted last Monday. Ate tues-thurs then because zornfast was happening I hopped on for a 60 hr fast which ended bunch time Sunday. It was startlingly fine. When I ended it it was more about convenience and schedule than hunger. To get back to a routine I refeeded Sunday till about 7pm then started another 36hr fast which I’ll Break in about 5 hrs. Typically hunger comes in waves for me which I ignore and within about 10-30 min they go away. This time it’s different. At dinner is time I was quite hungry and the wave never went away. It’s 2am. Argh! It’s manageable but annoying. I suspect my ketones are up because I have metal mouth. I was thinking as a way to shake things up I’d fast Fri & Sat., refeed Sun then fast Mon. Is this reasonable or is there a better routine? I want to chew my arm off right now. It almost feels a bit like the carb style hunger I remember from years past. If my typing gets erratic you’ll know I was not able to override self canibleization.
