Hi! I spent over 2 years living a zero carb lifestyle. I went from 330 pounds to 125 pounds. I felt great! But then I went through some major life changes and went back to my old ways. So dumb. 4 years later I’m back up to 309 pounds. I’m frustrated and angry at myself, but I’m getting back on track.
I know my body does best on 0 carbs. I know what to do, I just need to do it.
