Net carbs when fibers are higher than carbs?

We all know that we should count net carbs: carbs-fibers. But there are foods with more fibers than carbs for example carbs 7 fibers 14. How should I calculate net carbs?

What are you looking at that shows this? That may be an error.

Total Carbs on food labels (in the U.S. at least) are supposed to include fiber in the total number, so it would be impossible to have more fiber than total carbs (unless you have some super food that somehow has a anti-carb substance in it, but to my knowledge I just made that up).

UK food labels separate carbs / fibre, maybe some other places do too.

Yes, outside of the USA, many places subtract fiber from carbs on the label, so you need to go with the total carbs listed on the label.
