So, I went keto from April 2 - June 3. Only lost about 12 lbs. Finally got fat adapted and was able to start intermediate fasting for 23 hours a few days a week. Weight loss completely stopped, so I did more research and managed to thoroughly confuse myself with things like "adrenal body types shouldn’t fast ", etc. Got frustrated because I had no idea how to proceed, gave up and carb binged since then…sigh. Any advice or encouragement as I get restarted would be greatly appreciated!

An average of 1 lb/week is actually good steady progress. My recommendation is to go back to whatever you were doing and be patient. You’ve got this!
