Need Tips and Tricks

Hi All,
I’m new to Keto. Since January I have been cutting down on carbs. Before I started Keto I had lost 13.4 lbs. I started keto about three weeks ago and I have lost another 5.4 lbs. I have brought my A1C level down from 7.1 (November 2017) to 6.4.

I have good and bad days as far as how I’m feeling. Some days I feel great, others I feel anxiety type symptoms…is this normal? Are there any tips or tricks to help with the symptoms?

Are you watching your salt and electrolytes?

I have been watching my salt, but not my electrolytes…

You may want to supplement magnesium and potassium or eat foods containing them and see if that makes you feel better.

I am at 20 net carbs a day now

Agree on magnesium, if I neglect mine I can end up dipping back into depressive problems.

I haven’t tried this kind myself but I hear mag glycinate is good for mood.
