What about a Chicken Parm type recipe?:yum:
Dip in eggs, dredge in crushed rinds & fry.
Top with some marinara ( I like the Rao’s brand) & some mozzarella cheese. Then bake in the oven to heat the sauce & melt the cheese.

You could do zoodles or just serve it alongside a salad or some “loaded” broccoli.:yum:

I hate skin and fat on meat, lol, so I still buy boneless skinless chicken breast. One thing I like to do with them is cut a slit into the fattest part of the breast and use my finger to create a hole. Then I stuff it with gouda cheese and spinach. Once it’s done you can make a garlic and herb butter sauce to drizzle on top. You can also stuff them with mozzarella cheese and pepperonis to make a “pizza stuffed chicken breast”

I made salsa chicken the other day and ate it with an avocado.
