How about salmon and tuna? Add homemade tarter sauce for an extra 200 calories of pure, unadulterated fat.

Add cheeses. Hard cheese will be better in macros than soft, but you can still safely have most soft too. Just read labels.

Olives, avacado…

Do you not do pork for religious reasons or because you don’t like it?

Yes I talked to my endocrinologist before I started and they said keep watch and adjust it down if I feel like I need to. So with that said I have cut my insulin in half! I go back to her tomorrow. So we will talk some more.

I can’t reply anymore due to new member limits.

I eat quite a bit of butter, also if I have coffee I use heavy whipping cream. I just would like to know what foods I should be eating to get my numbers right.

Why do you need the wheat bread? There are lots of great keto breads to eat. Take a look in the recipe section.

More fat. You are light on fat, you need more, quite a bit more.

Macadamia nuts.
Chicken thighs with skins.
High fat beef - use 70/30 if you can find it

I must admit you have taken one of my bigger fatty meat cards off the table, but

Mayo(without soyoil), raw coconut oil in the form of fat bombs (add some cocoa powder and butter), eat fat with every veggie( spread butter and mayo and cheese on it) cook in tallow, avacado, or EVO besides butter. Guacamole, cheese sticks, roast beef, heavy cream shakes, nuts (all though be careful)

Healthy oils like coconut, olive and avacado
Lamb

If all else fails, make fat bombs until you get the hang of it. Lots and lots of recipies here.
