I’ve been using blue cheese (from the bottle) but may have to make my own, great. 
Not eating enough vegetables gave me a severe case of diverticulitis but that’s me, it’s not an automatic side effect. Eating greens isn’t an obligation but it’s nice to keep a good balance, we already cut out so much out of our diet and I think they add a nice variety.
Do not use commercial dressings like Ranch because they are made from soybean or canola oil and lots of nasty stuff. Make your own - takes just a few minutes - olive oil and apple cider or balsamic vinegar, perhaps some seasoning and some stevia to add a bit of sweet.
