NBC Today dietitian and "Tastemaker" would never recommend a ketogenic diet

Our agenda at the forums is to teach people open to following the science, and a little self experimentation, not to mention cooking to fix themselves. Our hope is that they can then go back into their communities and help lots of people who need a helping hand to fix themselves.

It’s already happening. There are a lot of folk on this forum who have fixed their own health and are starting to ask questions for friends and family.

In an ideal world these dietitians will turn around one day and find that they have no customers left anymore, and their only income is coming from food companies trying to flog starchy pap.
