Thanks for the shout-out Troy… though I am a little ashamed that my rantings and ravings about donuts have given me such an obviously carb-fueled reputation… it was one (awesome) donut folks! 
As for Entenmanns… based on the dry, floury, stale nature of the typical boxed product, I hope I love donuts WAAAAAYYY more than they do. 
I feel I may be vastly overqualified for the position 
I was a cheese-filled coffee cake hound … uh, connoisseur. 
In fact, that reminds me I wanted to try a recipe I found for filled fat-head coffee cake. 
Realizing it’s National Doughnut Day . . . then remembering you’re keto, so you no longer have to eat them!
