So I created a playlist with the videos that I found most interesting, something to recommend for people who are new to the carbohydrate-insulin-model. (Most people here may know these talks, and find them too introductory. But then, my intention was to give an introduction.) I also tried to restrict myself to a managable number of videos and tried to create a sensible order, instead of just linking low carb down under and the like. Most of them are not very technical, with some exceptions (Mike Eades on the protons hypothesis, for example).

So, which videos are your favorites? Which videos would you add to this list? Which ones shouldn’t be in there? Please share (preferrably specific videos and not channels/names)

My all time favourite and the one I send anyone who shows any interest.

And I urge anyone to watch this before they start worrying about a stall.

Here’s the one that convinced me keto was both good and safe. If it helps endurance athletes perform better, it would also be safe for me. I had previously thought (been taught) that you couldn’t do well without carbs.

Gary Fettke’s talk on fruit is my favourite. It’s really helpful.
