My home scale which I wasn’t going to use, but did, apparently does not work correctly. My doctor’s scale is the one I used April 3 and again today. It says I lost 42 pounds. The new clothes I bought are too big so have to go back. Keto works!

Thats awesome! I’m down around 30-33 lbs since March 23rd so not as much, but it’s an eye opener body shape wise! Congratulations!
