I had a pretty negative experience with refeeding (totally my fault and I posted it earlier).
I am now in the recommended feast process. I have not abandoned Keto but I have found my total carbs have trended into the 30’s and 40’s (and around 10% of my macros), and protein has come up from the 20’s to the 30’s and while I know I shouldn’t count calories I do so I’ve been (pre- EF) 1500/1600 kcals on a 16/8 schedule. Post EF I’ve been pushing them into the 1900/2000 range. I am still doing 16/8 IF.
The reason being is I don’t want to have the old BMR slip down and the carbs are not so much a deliberate choice as a consequence of slightly sloppy food choices… I’m not eating, pizza, pasta, fries and burgers but while being conscious of eating low carb and not being so strict with my diet.
I figure I’ll move back from low carb to Keto in the next day or so and see how it goes. On the plus side I am doing a lot of muscle building style Bodyweight exercises and I think my body is enjoying the added nutrition.
