Looks good! Have you ever made chicken pizza? It’s what I make to calm my pizza cravings. I just use a very thin and good size cut of chicken breast as the crust and fry it up, Add my toppings then throw in the oven for a few minutes to melt the toppings good. . Pizza is the only food I truly miss.
That looks delicious! Even my carb-craving family loves the Fathead Pizza crust, and it is super easy to make.
I use thighs for something similar… bash them to flatten out …cook then top with whatever you’d put on the pizza.
You can do this in a non stick skillet too, on the stovetop. You can let the cheese go until it’s browning and getting crisp on the bottom, then top it.
Typically, in my carb eating days and as a home chef I would have made nice batch of sauce and made dough and made pizza on the green egg.
Since I am not eating much sauce for pizza or pasta I chose a store bought sauce. There are a few carbs in this sauce, but I used exactly two teaspoon full scoops of it.
Since then I have bought other raos sauce(raos) that have about half the carbs of this one.
Ooh keep this thread going. I used to eat pizza every 2 weeks, then when I tried some after starting keto I HATED it. Maybe a keto version won’t taste too disgusting.
Skillet pizza also rocks but I consider the pizza bowl and the skillet pizza 2 different beasts. :).

Did you make your pizza with just meat and cheese or did you make a crust? Hard to tell.
Skillet pizza has no crust. You take a non stick skillet and heat it up, put a bunch of grated cheese in and let it melt and brown on the bottom, it will crisp up as it cools a bit. While it’s cooking top it with pepperoni or whatever precooked topping you like.
Ahh okay. I will have to try that way too. Last time I did a cauliflower crust which is just cauliflower, eggs, salt and and herbs. I love pizza so I like experimenting lol.
