My NSV, clothes!

#1

I love this so much that I can’t even wait to get home to post it. I was able to wear a smaller size in jeans this morning and a smaller size shirt. The jeans not only fit, they are comfortable. My shirt is loose. I don’t look “stuffed” into them. After being stuck for years, this feels amazing.

I’m ashamed to admit, but it was probably the fact that I could never buy anything that fitted, and if it came close to fitting was always uncomfortable, that goaded me into action even more than the weight issue and the health issues.

A long way to go yet, but I’m still visualising my fantasy wardrobe…

I had gone 2 sizes past my “dreaded” size and those were tight! It was impossible to find nice clothes for work, and my wardrobe was quite limited. Now I am having so much fun trying on clothes from my closet. I still have at least 95 pounds to go I think (conservative estimate based on BMI). The number on the scale is what got me determined to do something. I was 268 and almost back to my to my highest weight of 270. It’s been 2 decades since I weighed under 200.

Congrats! And keep visualizing! I am!!
