Currently cutting down on my dairy consumption to try and break through a stall. This is a what I like to call “Bulletproof Chai.” You could easily incorporate cream and butter as well if you prefer that direction!
Half cup almond milk
Half a cup coconut cream
4 tablespoons coconut oil
Half cup strongly brewed chai tea
Stevia to taste
A few sprinkles of cinnamon and nutmeg if desired
6g Carbs, 5g Protein, 74g Fat
