Ok got my labs back. A1C drumroll! Is,5.3 down from 5.8. trig : 100 down from 135. Cholesterol is 220 that is up. My LDL is 134. My HDL is 65 up from 45. Not really worried about the cholesterol increased, listening to the dudes podcast I expected that. I am no longer diabetic. Cheers to me.
