jalapeño chicken “divan” with pistachio almond flour crust

had rotisserie chicken and broccoli that needed to be used
it could be thicker but not bad for a thrown together, made up, no recipe casserole :blush:

very “wing it” lol
deboned the already cooked chicken
steamed some broccoli
put the broccoli and chicken in casserole dish
layered cheddar and jalapeños
layered mozzarella
layered chopped pistachio/almond flour mixture
baked at 450F for 15 min

initially i had poured a HWC/chicken stock mixture (in place of canned soup) before the cheddar but it didn’t thicken so i poured it off after baking and reduced it in a pan to make a sauce
