Overcooked it. 
I just had a burger and coleslaw and would probably have to be restrained from eating your steak. I’m just salivating like Pavlov’s dog.
They look good. Are those double bones or single? I picked up a double bone yesterday and had the butcher cut it so my wife and I could have one each.
