Hello everyone and Happy 4th of July!
Today I started my keto diet. I hope I am doing it right.
I am 47 years old female, 5’6", 155lbs (35% body fat) and here are my results for day 1.
132.1g of fat; 11.11g of carbs; 58.7g of protein; Total calories:1443
Does it look right? I don’t feel hungry but have a light headache.
