If you use My Fitness Pal you might want to check whether the username/email and password combination you use on that service is the same as any other service. If they are, then I recommend you CHANGE THEM NOW.
Under Armour, the compoany behind MFP (My Fitness Pal) had their systems compromised.

I can definitely recommend using the https://haveibeenpwned.com/ service to check your email addresses, and I highly recommend the use of a password manager (my personal choice is www.lastpass.com which has browser add-ins, Android, iOS, and Windows Phone apps - and Yes, I’ve used all 4 versions of those.)
