I am new to this forum. Found the 2keto guys somehow not exactly sure and love their easy going way of talking and not to technical speak. I have been a paleo/nsng/low carber for awhile. Not sure I am in full keto yet and not sure if i will get there but like the concepts.
Don’t want to get crazy in testing and spending the bucks involved. I am not diabetic or pre-diabetic but I have started to check my morning glucose for the heck of it.
Big follower of jimmy moore and all the other big folks read lots of books and live the overall lifestyle. I am more into the health aspects and also want to lose weight.
53 year old male, 5"9", 215 down from 240 high. No high blood pressure issues and no meds.
Was doing great about a year ago got down to 190 but had a shoulder surgery that knocked me off the wagon from mild depression caused from the lack of running due to surgery and recovery. Back on the wagon now and looking to do this keto/paleo/nsng WOE
I start out my mornings most days with just coffee and HWC, dont eat until 11 or noonish and have something like eggs, last nights leftover protein, olives and cheese. Dinner usually meat and veggies. then nothing until next day. So I am kinda a 16/18 - 6/8 IF person also.
