I’d say I do junk food quite a bit. I eat at Wendy’s more than half the week (I go with my co-workers). I’ll have to keep the baconator in mind (I’d remove the mayo and ketchup), but my “normal” is a triple, plain, no bun, at bacon/mustard/pickle. Side salad with dressing and no croutons instead of fries, and large brewed unsweetened iced tea. Chipotle salad bowl has been great there. Most sub places make subs either in lettuce wraps or as a salad. I’ve even done McDonald’s a time or two with the sausage mcmufin with egg (minus muffin) – put two together and use the sausage as a “bun”.
I’m still trying to figure this whole Keto thing out, and I know I am still eating too much protein (need to figure out an easy and tasty way to get more fat in daily), but so far, so very good – even with all the fast food hacks.
