Okay so being that my appetite has decreased I am trying a fast to see how long I can go before I feel hungry. If I start feeling hungry I will pull the plug and near no problem.
I started my fast Friday at 6 pm. I am trying my best to keep up my water ( which I love water so it isn’t a problem) and I have electrolyte pills which contain magnesium, potassium, sodium and Vitamin D.
I have had some sea salt here and there as well. I Also have had some coffee as well. I’m just looking for a support thread and guidance or encouragement from experienced members.
Also for information purposes I’ve easily completed 24 hour fasts in the past. I also am about 6 weeks into keto, 37 years old, 5’2’’ 168 pounds. (If any of that helps)
