Most ethnic groceries stock chicken feet, backs and carcusses for broth. And if you have a butcher shop nearby, you can ask for them.

I have been doing chicken bone broth in the pressure cooker with really great results. Here is my last batch jarred up and ready for the fridge…

I asked the local butcher shop - after looking at me like I had 3 heads, the guy behind the counter said they didn’t have anything like that. However, he was relatively young. It is an hour and a half to the nearest ethnic grocery store, but I will be going on Thursday, so I will see if I can find anything. Last July, my husband moved me to the boondocks. After living most of my life in Dallas, and the last 5 years in downtown Philly - it’s been difficult to not be able to find ingredients that I feel are normal :smirk:

I once lived in a small town and remember what a big deal it was to even get a pair of socks. I did not enjoy that aspect. Hope you can find what you need!
