Here’s some pics of how I’m going to be spending the end of my dinner tomorrow. Keto is just sooooo difficult!

I have been baking some good low carb cookies for the holidays with swerve, and I don’t have them every day but when I want some I will eat something like ten of them. Probably not the best thing to do but I think it’s better than eating the sugary cookies. Especially during the holidays it seems like we have a strong desire to eat for pleasure. If we are planning on doing keto long term it seems like finding ways to indulge within the parameters of keto is important. I know it helps me stay the course. I just let myself eat the things until my body says I’ve had enough. And then I move on. Not sure how much swerve one can consume in one sitting…it really does make excellent desserts
