My adult acne is cleared up! goodbye makeup!

Ok, TBH, i will still use makeup but… not as much. My adult acne went away! For the first time since I was 35, I can walk out of my home without any makeup! Whoo hoo!

That’s awesome! My skin is better now and I haven’t had any major breakouts in about a month, but it’s still not clear. I’m looking forward to that day! How long did it take for you after starting keto?
