My 10 month Progress.. Boundless optimism!

I had a 9.5 week fall off the wagon but I renewed my efforts and found the extra support I needed in the Obesity code Network group in addition to here.

I lost the 15lbs I gained in just 2.5 weeks through a couple 96 hour fasts and changing my routine down to a 42x3 along with sticking to around 1650 cals a day and improved my total carbs down to <10g. Now I’m happily back to where I was before I fell off the wagon with a vastly higher level of optimism and renewed effort in keto and fasting. Changing to a 42x3 has drastically improved my progress. I have been able to lose in 2.5 weeks what I would usually take 3 months to lose. I’m excited and optimistic that my goal weight, overall health, and emotional well-being are within my reach! My next feat will be to win the Battle of Bacon with my daughter. She keeps eating it all and then I don’t have any when I’m ready to refeed. :joy:

You look stunning both before and current! But I will say you have a new healthy glow! Congratulations on your success and future success!

That is awesome, Charlotte! 63.8 pounds so far, that is great!! 43.6 to go, so you are certainly on your way to goal. Maybe you can buy extra bacon, and keep some in a plastic bag kind of hidden near the back of the fridge and tell everyone in the family to please not touch it?

Good luck with the bacon dilemma and with the rest of your weight loss, and big congrats for getting back on track and losing that weight that you re-gained. You are doing fantastic, keep it up =).

Dang, that’s impressive, as is 3x42. I consider myself lucky if I get 1x36 + 1x22/week.

I’m a stay at home mom which is a mixed blessing in the fasting department.
