"Muscle full" effect

I understand “muscle full” saturation occurs at around 40 grams protein intake. Does exercise, either aerobic or resistance, increase the ceiling of the “muscle full” effect ?

Im not sure quite what you mean here. do you mean 40g in one sitting or total?

Protein as a guide for building can be 1g for 1lb of body weight.

There has been lots of theories surrounding this effect but not really much with evidence.

Would be cool to read the article you may have read or watched regarding this as like everyone i’m always willing to learn and be corrected.
