Absolutely, lesson learned. I’m trying not to be overly optimistic, but I’m hoping that my OMAD routine this week, plus fasting from Thursday night to Sunday evening will at least correct me back to what I weighed on Saturday morning, 243. Yesterday morning, after a bad weekend I was 253 (which i really didn’t think was THAT bad, but now I know how sensitive I am to those things I consumed), today I was 250, so I’m getting back on track

Isn’t fasting not eating, more or less? Egg fast, does this mean NOT eating eggs? :face_with_monocle:

Yes, that’s why I put the quotes around “fast”. It was labeled as an egg fast on blog posts and whatnot when it started getting popular, although it’s not a true fast
