Mt first 24hrs water fast

II have been eating ketogenic since september '16, so I am sure I am well ‘fat-adapted’. Intermittend fasting (skipping breakfast) came naturally. Today, I am about to complete my first 24 hrs water fast. I am not hungry, (not hangry either, feeling fine. But cold! My hands feel like ice cubes and I am wearing an extra sweater.

Will my body get used to this and adapt?

That is fairly normal (especially on slightly longer fasts). Your body slows down in response to the lack of nourishment and that causes less heat to be generated.

Try salt - salt your water or coffee. That helps a ton (learned that from the king of fasting - @ron-coleman)
