More Vegas food

Again at the Aria, I had the breakfast buffet a second time. After an everything omelet, I had surf and turf. And more sausage.

I used my prime rib as chips for a great guacamole and pico de gallo.

Excellent coffee.

Went to the Silverton to see their aquarium (worth the trip) and tried their buffet. Not as fancy, but a fraction of the price, with solid keto options. Shown here: brisket, smoked turkey, sausage, and chicken. The sauce probably had a few carbs, but not enough to worry me.

One evening we went to the Rainforest Cafe. This is tilapia (best I’ve ever had) and shrimp scampi (which I substituted for the coconut shrimp that comes with this platter). A shrimp/scallop dish came with it, but it came out late and I forgot to take a picture.

Low-carb cheesecake from the Cheesecake Factory in the Caesar’s Palace Forum. Beautiful (long!) walk. Divine ending to the day. They even have unsweetened chopped strawberries and whipped cream (which I got, but neglected to take a picture of because, you know, cheesecake was waiting).

Vegas at the end of the Month. Our 25th. We’ll try to stay semi keto…but won’t go out of the way. Eggs and sausage for breakfast…steak for dinner. I can do that. Beer will be my downfall.

My wife said If I’m getting cheesecake it will be the real deal. LOL

Don’t forget about the Lox and cream cheese for breakfast! I can never seem to get enough of it when I breakfast in Vegas.

I’ve never tried Lox.
