More studies (from China) about A1/A2 milk

Here is a description of some studies from China (mainly) about A1/A2 milk and their differences:

The latest study was a cross-over design.

This is one possibility as to why some are troubled by dairy. Unfortunately, I can only find milk labeled with A2. I have not found any cheese, sour cream, cream, etc., labeled with A2.

Interesting. Thank you for sharing this. So… we don’t know for sure what type of milk our cheese and dairy products are from.

Not unless they are labeled as A2.

You can use milk/cheese from another animal (not a cow), which will have only A2. You can also select a cheese which has been fermented for a while, which lessens the chance that the protein will affect you. See here for instance:

I listened to a podcast recently with someone who has her own farm, and she is currently raising cows that have only A2 genes. She said she can have A2 dairy, but not A1 dairy.

All very interesting. I’m not a big dairy consumer, but my kids like cheese and do drink milk and don’t seem to have problems related to it. Still, very interesting.
