Back in 2012, Right before I went through a huge binge, i embarked on an experiment. Obviously it did not work out.Here is a 2012 blog post…and I did not stay 125. If you look at the page only a few entries. I failed. ANd i am GLAD I DID.
Candybar Diet

Does AGD really Work?? April is going to put it down. My version of the twinkie diet…but i will eat a dagoba instead of a twinkie.
GOing to keep my cals between 1400-1600 Monday through Friday. I am not trying to lose. Only to stay where i am at. Am currently 125. My dentist might not be too thrilled but I plan to brush my teeth 4 times a day instead of my usual two and floss after every bar!
“breakfast”
Dagoba chocolate bar - 290 cals
cafe au lait with skim milk - 60
veggies with 1 tbls balsamic viniagrette- 75
“lunch”
2nd dagoba chocolate bar - 290
americano with protein powder - 80
“dinner”
hot dog bun pizza with a side of shirtaki alfredo pasta and serving of citrus spinach - 416
“dessert”
pb2 in my cottage cheese - 220
Too lazy to bust out my calculator but this is less than 1500 and that’s with two candybars…hee hee.
I plan to post my eating plan everyday along with my workout.
Todays workout is Level 1/Module 3/minicircuit 1. I will go through that for 10 minutes and then leave gym.
vs now
