I’ve made butter accidentally many times when trying to whip cream, but don’t if churned would taste better…hmmm.

I used to make my own butter until it became a pain in the ass to do on a regular basis. Then I found Kerry Gold and threw in the butter making towel. I do have a lovely churn that I purchased on Austrias Ebay and had my hubby drive me over to pick up. I love it, but honestly, I didn’t find it was worth all the trouble. :worried:

I grew up helping my older relatives churn butter. That is why I love Kerrygold. SOOOOOOO much easier and tastes so great. They all had these cool containers that sat easily on the table top and you moved the churning plunger up and down.

It is fun to make the compound herb butters :slight_smile:
