Mike's Keto Cheese Spread

100 grams of this
20 grams of MCT oil, I use this

0.0 grams carbs / 53.5 grams fat / 20.7 grams protein

Mix in a small bowl to whatever consistency you want. The longer you mix the softer and more spreadable it gets.

Note: McLaren’s Cheddar is very salty (sodium), so use on something that needs salt but use this spread instead of salt. MCT oil has little or no flavour of its own, the Jaga I use has none. So all you get is cheddar. Lots of cheddar! :stuck_out_tongue:
