Slather with salted butter. Experiment with cooking times and methods. Maybe it’s texture.
Try veggie mashes.

It is perfectly possible to eat nothing but meat and still be completely healthy, as proved by the Inuit and other traditional peoples.

But vegetables make such great vehicles for eating more fat.

I think erythritol tastes better. But large amounts of sweeteners and cheese seem to boot me out of ketosis. Probably better than sugar if that’s your alternative

I like the sweet drops (stevia only). Often stevia is blended with erythritol. I don’t hate the taste of it, but I do still notice the cooling/mentholated sort of effect.

Also, magnesium, magnesium, magnesium for migraines. I take it daily and I take additional if I feel/see a migraine coming on! My go-to pre-keto was magnesium, salt (potato chips), and a caffeinated, sugary soda.
