Yeah, that’s the one. I don’t recall that question but I was doing a long drive, probably some traffic thing distracted me. I was just talking with a friend about both Dr. Ballerstedt and Allan Savory a day or two before listening to the podcast and really enjoyed listening to the interview.

I liked it too, and it had a lot of great information in it. For instance, that according to the data he has, the vegetable farming industry produces more green house gases than does the animal raising industry. I also did not know there were Omega 3s that are not necessarily in fish but those are the ones everyone concentrates on, only because that’s where the research started. It’s only recently that there has been research on the other Omega 3s (from whale and other animal’s fat).

If anyone listens to this, pay attention to the question about Allan Savory. The answer is quite interesting, but I was left confused as to what Dr. Ballerstedt thought of Savory’s ideas. Maybe that’s because he does not want to open this issue?
