Meatloaf part deux by Zorn

(8 year Ketogenic Veteran) #1

2.5 pounds of a beef/ground turkey, one egg, half a diced onion, sf ketchup, prepared mustard or dry mustard, a fuckton of black pepper, and about 3/4 cup crushed pork rinds as a bread crumb/cracker substitute. This is a monster meatloaf. I ate two thick slices. Kevin @NativeKetoMan ate the rest. Lol
