Bargain in the meat Dept at our small local grocery. They had whole NY strips on sale for $2.99 / lb. I picked one up Monday and after thinking what a bargain it is I went and bought another today.
I sliced it up into 19 steaks 1 1/2 to 2" thick and 2 roasts 4-5 lbs. $78.52 for this yumminess #boring keto food. Have it all packed in food saver bags and in the freezer for grilling season.
