Concert was great! This is NOT our group, but one of the pieces.

Pretty solid ZC day yesterday but there was 1 strawberry. Honest only one. Women Bible study brunch this morning. I baked a lovely quiche. Already had my bacon, eggs, butter. :grin:
I’ll coffee with them.

Yesterday (Saturday) was the same menu— omelette, bacon, cream cheese, sour cream and 1lb of 93/7 ground beef. Actually was able to conquer my chocolate “dessert” desire…dark chocolate doesn’t have a Mother😁! That was the first time I resisted that “call of the Siren”.

May 7 - stayed home to study. Spent the weekend at my parents.
B: 2 eggs, butter
L: beef flank, cube Dubliner
D: chicken thigh @ 4, turkey, and avocado mayo. See what I did there? Snuck in avocado.

Almost the same every day.
Keto coffee for breakfast.
Today. 4 meatballs, two hamburger patties for lunch.
Plane wings for dinner. 1-2% carbs total about 2500 cal
