No, I’m ashamed to admit, I haven’t. They have been on my list for
awhile, but life throws the busy on us and we do what we can get
around to. Not forgotten though! When I do get to it, I’ll be sure
to post for inquiring minds. :wink:

If I want to have a “pasta” fix, I take some ground beef and/or sausage and brown them in a pan. I add low-carb pasta sauce (eg, Rao’s). Often, I’ll add some grated cheese and/or kalamata olives. One time, I had some diced red onion, so I added that to the pan before the meat.

I honestly have no reason to add noodles (or zoodles or spaghetti squash) with this.

Now, if you wanted them for some other recipe (Pad Thai?), I can’t help there.
