Meal Prepping Ideas...?

I hope everyone is having a great day! Me and my fella stay a little busy so I always use Sunday to meal prep for the week. What’s some fun, easy breakfast/lunch ideas that you’d recommend? =)

You could make up hamburgers. Mix mince (it can be the fattier version), an egg, spices to your liking. perhaps onion or garlic. Then shape and fry in butter or olive oil. Do a few of them or enough to use in breakfast or lunch for the week. I

If you can find a low carb version of burgers or sausages you could use them.

Roasted veggies. I love to use this with some already cooked meat, boiled eggs or you could use cold cuts. I choose low carb veggies, chop them up and coat with olive oil or butter, but you could use lard or bacon fat. Then roast in the oven. I like to do it low and slow but higher and faster is cool too.

Boiled eggs, with olive oil and salt for lunch or breakfast.

Skip breakfast if you are up for that.

Canned tuna or salmon, mixed with mayo or sour cream, with chopped veggies perhaps served in a lettuce cup.

Smoked salmon wrapped around a stick of cream cheese with veggies to snack on.

Beef mince surprise or chilli, below is a basic recipe. I often add finely chopped veggies or flavour it italian or indian.
